A. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between DidiuWin (referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any person (“you,” “your,” or “user”) accessing:

• Our website www.didiuwin.com and the DidiuWin mobile application, including any subdomains, related top-level domains, mobile sites, APIs, and widgets (collectively referred to as the “Platform”); and

• Any data, content, information, graphics, videos, sound, images, and other materials appearing, uploaded, or transmitted via the Platform for participating in online skill-based games (“Services” or “Games”).

By accessing or using the Platform and Services, you agree to abide by these Terms, Privacy Policy, and all other policies that govern the use of our Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of these Terms, Services, or features at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the changes.

Participation in contests, games, and promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions notified on the Platform. Users must review and agree to the specific rules of each game before participating.

B. SERVICES OFFERED

Subject to compliance with these Terms, DidiuWin grants users a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use the Platform solely for entertainment purposes and to play skill-based games. This right does not extend to commercial use.

The Services may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. The Platform may also include advertisements, which may be personalized based on user interactions.

C. USER REGISTRATION

To access certain features, users must register and create an account (“Account”) on the Platform. Registration requires:

• Full Name

• Email Address

• Password

• Mobile Number

• Date of Birth

• Government-Issued ID (for KYC verification)

• Bank Account or UPI details (for withdrawals)

Each user is allowed only one Account. Duplicate accounts may result in termination or suspension without notice. Registration or login may also be enabled via Google or social media authentication.

D. ELIGIBILITY

• Users must be 18 years or older and residents of India.

• Users must not reside in restricted states (e.g., Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, and Sikkim) where online gaming with real money is prohibited.

• We may request proof of identity at any time. Users failing to provide required verification details may be restricted from accessing the Platform.

E. ACCOUNT USAGE & RESTRICTIONS

• Users must not share their Account credentials or allow others to access their Account.

• Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

• Fraudulent activities, including collusion and manipulation, will lead to permanent account deactivation and forfeiture of winnings.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

F. GAMEPLAY & FAIR PLAY POLICY

• All games hosted on the Platform are skill-based games, where the outcome is determined by user strategy, experience, and decision-making skills.

• Users must not engage in cheating, fraud, or collusion to gain an unfair advantage.

• If detected, DidiuWin reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, or legal action.

G. PAYMENTS & WITHDRAWALS

1. Deposits

• Users can add funds to their Account using UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, or digital wallets.

• Deposits are subject to applicable GST as per Indian tax regulations.

2. Withdrawals

• Users can withdraw their winnings to a registered bank account or UPI ID after completing KYC verification.

• Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the chosen method:

  • UPI Transfers – Usually processed within a few minutes.

  • Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS) – Can take up to 48 hours.

• A processing fee may apply for certain withdrawals.

• Fraudulent or suspicious withdrawal requests may be subject to review and additional verification.

H. RESTRICTED TERRITORIES

Users residing in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, or outside India are not permitted to participate in real-money games. If a user from a restricted location provides false information to access the Platform, their account will be terminated, and funds may be forfeited.

I. SECURITY MEASURES

DidiuWin takes necessary measures to protect user data, payment details, and personal information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are advised to:

• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication where possible.

• Avoid sharing account credentials with others.

• Report suspicious activity immediately to customer support.

J. TAXES & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

• Winnings above the threshold limit set by the Income Tax Act, 1961 are subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) at 30%.

• Users are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws and declaring winnings in their tax filings.

• DidiuWin will provide TDS certificates for tax compliance.

K. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

DidiuWin reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions

• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior

• Engagement in activities that threaten platform integrity

• Failure to comply with verification requirements

Users whose accounts are terminated will forfeit any remaining balance or winnings if found in violation of our policies.

L. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Disputes related to withdrawals, transactions, or account access should be reported to customer support.

• If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be governed by Indian laws, and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Location].

• Arbitration may be initiated for major disputes, with proceedings conducted in English.

M. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DidiuWin is not responsible for:

• Network interruptions, device malfunctions, or unauthorized access.

• Loss of data, winnings, or financial transactions due to external factors.

• User losses resulting from skill-based game participation.

By using our Platform, users acknowledge that they participate in games at their own risk, and DidiuWin holds no liability for financial outcomes.
