A. GENERAL These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) establish a legally binding agreement between Cashgrail Private Limited (“Company,” “DidiuWin,” “Us,” “We,” or “Our”) and any individual (“You,” “Your,” “User”) accessing:

• Our website: www.didiuwin.com (“Website”) and the DidiuWin mobile application (“App”), including sub-domains, mobile sites, APIs, and widgets (collectively, “Platform”).

• Any data, content, or materials (“Content”) available on the Platform for participation in games and contests (“Services”).

By using our Services, You agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all associated rules. These Terms are an electronic record in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000.

We may modify these Terms at any time by publishing updates on our Platform. You will be notified of changes via email or account notifications. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

B. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Platform for playing skill-based games for personal, non-commercial use within India. The Company may modify or discontinue Services without prior notice.

By registering, You consent to DidiuWin verifying Your identity through third-party agencies. We may monitor and disclose account activity in compliance with legal requirements.

D. ELIGIBILITY

• Users must be at least 13 years old to create an Account.

• If under 18, Users must obtain parental or legal guardian consent.

• DidiuWin may request proof of identity to prevent minor access.

E. ACCOUNT USAGE AND RESTRICTIONS

• Users must not share Account credentials.

• Multiple Accounts are prohibited and may be terminated.

• Users must not use the Platform for illegal activities, advertisements, or spam.

• Users must comply with social networking service (SNS) terms if logging in via an SNS account.

• The Platform does not facilitate real-money gambling or wagering.

F. SECURITY MEASURES Users are responsible for safeguarding Account credentials. DidiuWin is not liable for unauthorized access due to User negligence. We may suspend Accounts to prevent fraud or unauthorized activities.

G. USER CONDUCT Users agree not to:

• Access the Platform via automated scripts.

• Interfere with Platform operations.

• Engage in unlawful activities or impersonation.

• Post or share offensive, misleading, or illegal content.

We may remove User Content violating these Terms and suspend or terminate Accounts engaged in misconduct.

H. FRAUD PREVENTION Our compliance team monitors gameplay to prevent unfair practices. Users found engaging in collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activities may have their Accounts permanently banned, and any associated funds forfeited.

I. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All Platform software, trademarks, and content are owned by DidiuWin and its affiliates. Users may not reproduce or distribute Platform materials without prior written consent.

By submitting content to the Platform, Users grant DidiuWin a global, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and distribute such content.

J. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND ADVERTISING The Platform may feature third-party advertisements or links. DidiuWin does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for transactions or agreements made through third-party services.

K. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND LIABILITY

• DidiuWin is not liable for connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or technical failures affecting gameplay.

• In case of server failures, affected games may be canceled, and refunds issued at our discretion.

L. TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE We may suspend or terminate Accounts for:

• Breach of Terms.

• Fraudulent activities.

• Violation of applicable laws.

Users may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

M. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Gurgaon, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Courts in Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Users may escalate disputes to our Grievance Officer at contact@didiuwin.online.

By using the Platform, You acknowledge and accept these Terms. If You do not agree, discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
